BLCK Stream is a sound producer and cultural producer based in Kumasi, Ghana. His sound moves fluidly across experimental underground music emerging from Kumasi’s alternative scene, azonto, asorkpo, electronic music, grime, jungle, and other global genres.
BLCK Stream began his journey as a recording artist before taking a long hiatus to explore other creative practices. He now approaches DJing as a call to action, reviving electrifying sounds from Ghana while amplifying the often underrepresented music scene in Kumasi. Shaped by pan-African cultural exchange, his sets are intentional, narrative-driven, and finely attuned to space, mood, and movement.
